Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to QuizPe, an online educational platform that enables students to practice tests, participate in quizzes, and win awards and prizes. QuizPe also offers a job registration portal for professionals seeking employment opportunities in the education sector.

By accessing or using QuizPe — whether via our website, mobile application, or any other platform — you ("User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use immediately. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 02

Eligibility & User Registration

2.1 Who Can Register

Users must be 13 years of age or older to register on QuizPe.
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2.2 Registration Types

Student Registration — For individuals seeking to practice tests, attempt quizzes, and win rewards.
Job Registration — For professionals seeking job-related listings or opportunities in the education sector.

2.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. QuizPe shall not be held liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Section 03

Registration Fees & Payment Policy

ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once payment is made for Student Registration or Job Registration, no refunds or claims will be entertained under any circumstances.

3.2 Non-Refundable Policy

By completing payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

All registration fees paid to QuizPe are strictly non-refundable.
No disputes, complaints, or claims for refund will be entertained after payment.
This policy applies regardless of non-usage, technical difficulties, or change of mind.
QuizPe reserves the right to reject any chargeback requests initiated with your bank or payment provider.

Section 04

Online Exams & Tests

4.1 Paid & Free Exams

Free Exams: Available to all registered users at no additional charge.
Paid Exams: Require separate payment beyond the registration fee. Exam fees are also non-refundable.

4.2 Exam Rules & Conduct

Users must not engage in cheating, plagiarism, or use of unauthorized materials during tests.
Multiple accounts or impersonation are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account ban.
Quizepe reserves the right to disqualify any user found violating exam integrity policies.
Results may be withheld or cancelled if misconduct is detected.

4.3 Technical Issues

While QuizPe strives to maintain platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. In the event of a technical failure during an exam, QuizPe may, at its discretion, offer a reattempt — but this does not guarantee a refund of exam fees.

Section 05

Awards, Prizes & Rewards

5.1 Eligibility for Prizes

Prizes and awards are offered for select competitions and tests as announced on the platform.
Only users who have completed registration and followed all exam rules are eligible to win.
QuizPe reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any winning submission.

5.2 Prize Distribution

Prize details, amounts, and distribution timelines will be communicated on the specific contest page.
QuizPe is not liable for any delays in prize distribution caused by third-party payment providers.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Disqualification

Any user found to have violated exam rules, used unfair means, or submitted fraudulent entries will be immediately disqualified and may face a permanent ban from the platform without refund.

Section 06

Job Registration Portal

6.1 Nature of Job Listings

The QuizPe Job Registration portal provides a listing service only. QuizPe does not guarantee employment, interviews, or placement to any registered user.

6.2 Job Registration Fees

Job registration may require payment as per the applicable plan.
All job registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the user receives any job opportunity.
QuizPe is not responsible for the outcomes of any job applications submitted through the platform.

6.3 No Guarantee of Employment

QuizPe does not guarantee employment or job placement. Job Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. No complaints or claims will be entertained in this regard.

Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on QuizPe. Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund:

Creating fake accounts or misrepresenting identity.
Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to attempt exams or earn rewards.
Sharing exam questions, answers, or content without written permission.
Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the platform.
Uploading or transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Harassment or abuse of other users or QuizPe staff.

Section 08

Intellectual Property

All content on QuizPe, including but not limited to exam questions, study material, logos, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of QuizPe. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuizPe shall not be liable for:

Loss of data, earnings, or opportunities arising from use of the platform.
Technical errors, outages, or service interruptions.
Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, payment gateways, or employers.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

QuizPe's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for the specific service in question.

Section 10

Dispute Resolution & No Complaints Policy

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to raise complaints or disputes regarding registration fees, exam fees, or job registration fees. All fees paid are final and non-refundable. No complaint in this regard will be entertained.

Any other disputes relating to the platform shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts applicable in the region of QuizPe's registered office.

Section 11

Privacy & Data Policy

QuizPe collects personal information including name, contact details, and payment information solely for the purpose of providing platform services. We do not sell user data to third parties.

Modifications to Terms

QuizPe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
